Shipping Information

Because all Maker & Mineral clothing is handmade to order, your purchase can take up to 4-5 weeks to produce before it is shipped.

All orders are shipped via AUSPOST unless otherwise stated and the price includes the cost of tracking.

For orders outside of AUSTRALIA, please expect that your package may take between 7-14 extra days to arrive depending on the size.  We ship all international orders via AUSPOST which comes with tracking.

Please keep in mind that you may be charged additional taxes and duties by your country and that Maker & Mineral is not responsible for those fees.  Additionally, packages can get stuck in customs for upwards of 3 weeks, while this is rare, there is a potential for the package to take close to a month to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

Maker & Mineral accepts both returns and exchanges (custom orders are not eligible for either return or exchange):  Returns for a full refund are accepted within 10 days of receipt.  Please email makerandmineral@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return an item as soon as possible.  However; if the item is damaged, visibly used/ worn, or washed, we will not be able to refund the cost of the purchase. We accept exchanges for up to 30 days post receipt. To exchange an item for another size or even for a different item, please email to inform us ASAP, so that we can prepare to ship out your new item.  Similar to receiving a refund, if the exchange item is visibly damaged, we cannot accept the item as an exchange nor will we offer a refund.

  • Bras and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for either returns or exchanges
