So it's the new year, and it's time for some new habits. From here on out, I will post once a week on a topic of inspiration to the Maker & Mineral brand.
THIS WEEK: New Australian Textile Design
I'm so in love with these three Victoria based labels. APOM, short for A Part of Me, has some timeless simple shapes with great textile punches. The Minty print, pictured above, is so delicate in color, but also so visually vibrant.
Modern, simple, and subtle design is the name of the game with Dress-Up. For the most part the brand utilizes neutral colors. However; the Asana print is spectacularly eye catching while still maintaining a great level of subtlety.
Lastly, I bring you Home-Work, a fairly new brand from Melbourne with delightfully goofy and graphic patterns. Their pastel color schemes and abstract shapes are aesthetically on point with a lot of other design right now, but the end result is something so unique, it's hard not to covet each product they release.
